Supply Chain Management

Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) oversees the process of movement of materials, information, and finances as they move from suppliers to retailers through manufacturers and wholesalers, and ultimately to consumers. The course aims at exposing students to the concepts of coordinating and integrating these flows both within and among companies. It will discuss how to reach the goal of designing and operating an effective supply chain management system that reduces inventory and improves process efficiency.
