Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Management

The course covers the domains of the entrepreneurial ecosystem: Regulation, Finance, Culture, Talent, Support systems, and Markets, with an emphasis on the Egyptian ecosystem, identifying key ecosystem players, challenges, and opportunities. The course delves into topics of entrepreneurial finance, venture capital systems, incubator and accelerator management, and R&D support systems. The course utilizes different case studies of successful entrepreneurial ecosystem support projects from around the world, as well as from Egypt, in addition to featuring guest speakers from Egypt and abroad.
